Structure of the Grand Priory

Rubén Otamendi Gamboa

Rubén Otamendi Gamboa was born in Mexico City. He is the father of seven children, who are fundamental pillars of his life and a permanent source of inspiration for his personal and professional development. He currently resides in the State of Mexico, where he has consolidated a career characterized by leadership, commitment, and service to others.

Professionally, he serves as Director of Operations for a major security and cleaning services company with a presence throughout the Mexican Republic. His experience and management capabilities have enabled him to direct large-scale operations, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the growth and strengthening of the organizations in which he has participated. His work is distinguished by discipline, strategic planning, and a constant pursuit of excellence.

Alongside his professional activity, he has built a distinguished Masonic career spanning more than thirty years. His formation within the fraternity began at an early age when he was received into the Asociación de Jóvenes Esperanza de la Fraternidad, where he began a path of learning, discipline, and service that he has followed without interruption since the age of sixteen.

Over more than three decades, he has devoted sustained effort to strengthening the ideals of liberty, equality, fraternity, tolerance, and human improvement. He has participated actively in the life of the Masonic Order and promoted the values that distinguish the institution. His work has been characterized by a commitment to forming new generations, respect for initiatic traditions, and the conviction that true growth is achieved through continual work upon oneself and selfless service to humanity.

His interest in history, philosophy, symbolism, and humanist thought complements a life oriented toward study and reflection. Those who know him recognize qualities such as loyalty, perseverance, prudence, and a sense of responsibility, together with a profound vocation of service.

Rubén Otamendi Gamboa’s path reflects a balance among family life, professional responsibility, and fraternal commitment. Miguel Ángel Gabayet Bodington was born and resides in Mexico City. A husband and father, he finds in family life the center of his personal world and the root of his sense of responsibility, commitment, and service.

He holds a law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, where he was recognized with the Diploma of Excellence in Integral Formation, and has developed a distinguished career as an entrepreneur and business leader. He is the founder and CEO of Prosanté Cuidado Integral de la Salud, a private health services company with thirteen years of operation, dedicated to designing and operating occupational health and corporate wellness programs for medium and large companies. More recently, he has undertaken the launch of SynaptIA, an educational platform oriented toward ethical education. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic vision, process design, and the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams, always ensuring service quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with the highest professional standards.

Alongside his business activity, Miguel maintains a deep interest in the study of history, philosophy, symbolism, and initiatic traditions, as well as writing and systems of knowledge, areas he considers fundamental to the integral development of the human being. His constant pursuit of learning reflects a firm conviction in the importance of personal refinement and continual growth.

Those who know him highlight qualities such as curiosity, perseverance, loyalty, discipline, and a pronounced sense of responsibility. His life is guided by principles of honor, fraternity, and respect, always seeking to act with integrity and consistency in both family and professional life.
